Computer Media is
so easily damaged, manufacturers
recommend computer media not be
exposed to temperatures over
125°F or humidity over 80%. In Schwab and FireKing models computer media is
protected from fire, dust,
magnetic fields, unauthorized
access, accidental damage and
electrostatics. The walls and
doors provide the ultimate in
protection by incorporating
layers of heat absorbing
material, fireproof insulating
foam and a tough steel casing.
The product must maintain
an interior temperature less than
125°F or 150f and an interior relative
humidity less than 80%, when exposed to fire as per
the Standard Time Temperature
Curve for 1-3 hours. It must
undergo all other requirements
for the Fire Endurance Test, the
Explosion Hazard Test, the
Humidity Test, and the Fire and
Impact Test. Basically, no
explosion through 30 minutes to
exposure to a 2000°F fire and
immediate 30 foot drop test and a
standard reheating for one hour

Policy?
Returns are not permitted if the merchandise is not
defective. Please Shop Carefully.
If the merchandise is defective
or damaged, you must contact us within seven days of your receipt of
your product. If you determine your product is defective or damaged later
than seven days of receipt of product,
it is a warranty issue and you must contact the
manufacturer.
Within the first 7 days of
receipt of the product, If you believe the product is defective, we will
ask the manufacturer to speak to you. If the manufacturer determines the product
is defective, then we will arrange for a full credit or replacement
upon return of the fireproof data safe.
If you cancel your order
before it ships, there is a $25 cancellation fee to cover our credit
card processing cost.
We must be informed of
all returns. Please e-mail customer
service to inform us of your return.
