Each Fire King fireproof lateral file cabinet has UL 1hr 350F classified fire protection. In addition, Fire King lateral file cabinet models have a impact protection. The design of all these models allows them to handle both letter and legal files - no additional frames are required.

Free shipping includes dock to dock delivery on safes under 900lbs. Read about shipping options at the bottom of this page. Most of these safes are in stock and you should receive it in about 7 days. There is a $50 dollar charge if the delivery is to a residential neighborhood (requires shifting the safe to a smaller truck).

Shipping Details for Fire King Products

Dock to Dock. This option is for businesses with a loading dock. If you have a dock, please chose this option when you enter the shopping cart. This option is free.

Lift Gate. Chose this option if you need your product lowered to the ground. This is a curbside delivery. The charge for this option is $80.00 at check out.

Inside delivery. Fire King offers two choices. The first is indoor placement (set inside the threshold). The second choice is indoor installation where the safe brought inside and placed where you chose. With this second choice, all packaging is taken away. The cost is based on total weight of your order, number of stairs, and other factors. You must call us for a quote 1-800-717-7726.

It the safe is being delivered to a home, there is an additional charge of $100 for residential deliveries (product must be transferred to a smaller truck. If this is your situation, please call 1-800-717-7726.

The above Fire King models have a UL 1 Hour Fire Rating. UL (Underwriters Laboratory) ratings are done by an indepdent laboratory. During the test the product is subjected to temperatures of 1700� F (927� C) for 1 hour. The interior must remain below 350� F (177� C) to receive the rating.

All the products on this page also have an Impact Rating. An impact rating means that when locked, if your product falls, the doors are unlikely to break open.
