Dock
to Dock.
For businesses with a dock, please chose this option when
you enter the shopping cart. Dock to dock delivery is
free.
Lift
Gate.
Lift gate
delivery is a curbside delivery with your product
lowered to the ground. If you need this service, please
select the "lift gate" option when you enter the shopping cart. The
charge for this option is $80.00 at check out.
Inside
delivery.
Fire King
offers two types of indoor delivery. "Indoor Placement"
means that the delivery team will set the product inside the threshold.
"Indoor Installation" means the delivery team places the
product where you chose and all packaging taken away. The cost is based on
total weight of your order, number of stairs, and other

There
is an additional charge of $100 for residential
deliveries (product must be transferred to a smaller
truck. Please call 1-800-717-7726 if you need this
service.
We only
sell to the 48 continental United States. Our free
shipping policy applies to anywhere within the 48
continental Untied States. Because of the size and
weight of the products, we cannot ship to: 1) PO Box
addresses 2) APO/FPO addresses 3) Alaska or 4) Hawaii 5)
